(1) Collection and use of personal data of customers, suppliers and other contractors.

We like to make you aware that the personal information you provide us, will be collected and used for any agreement to close and run with you.
This applies to our (potential) customers and parties to whom we purchase goods and/or services.

When you are a (potential) customer we use your information to send you an offer, to be able to verify which specifications or requests a particular case or service must meet, in order to provide business or work for you, to be able to invoice and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently on implementing aspects of the agreement.

When you are a contractor or potential supplier  your personal data will also be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement. In case of a purchase it is necessary for us to be able to let you know what specifications or wishes as far as we are concerned a particular case or service must meet, to send a request for quotation or an order with you, pay your bills and be able to communicate smooth and efficient with you about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not required to provide us with your personal data. However, if you don’t provide us with   sufficient personal data it is possible that we cannot implement the aforementioned work.

(2) Transfer to third parties

In connection with the performance of any agreement with you we may need to provide your personal information to parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or on our behalf. Further, we use Microsoft Office and the associated storage for emails and other files.

(3) Direct marketing 

If you frequently order from us, we will use and store personal data to make it possible to send you personal emails about our existing and new products and services in the future and possibly offer you these. We have a legitimate interest the use of your personal data for this purpose:  to sell our products and services. Every time we send you an advertising mail you have the option to let us know if you no longer wish to receive these, see the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing.

When you are a one-time customer we will only send advertising mail if you give us your permission in advance.
If you have given permission we will use and store the personal data you provided for future personal  email about our existing and new products and services and possibly offer you these.

(4) personal data retention period

If you requested a quote with us but have not become a client we will delete personal data no later than one year after our last contact. Also if we have received a quotation for you but have not become a customer, your personal data will be deleted one year after our last contact at the latest. When you have become our customer or we have become yours, we will keep your personal information for the duration of seven years after the end of the fiscal year in which the agreement with you is fully implemented. The seven-year period corresponds to the period in which we are obliged to preserve our records for the tax authorities. At the end of this period we will remove your personal information.

(5) your rights

You have the right to ask us to see your personal data the we stored. If necessary, you can also ask us to supplement your personal data or to change any inaccuracies. In addition, you have the right to ask to delete your personal information or limit the use of your personal data. You can also object to the collection and use of your information or make a complaint to the Authority Personal Data. Finally, you can ask us for your personal data or the transfer of such data to another. To exercise your rights, please contact: (name, address, post code, city, phone number and email address).
